enunic uses a waterless dyeing process, which reduces water consumption throughout the dyeing process, thereby directly reducing dye usage, chemical usage, heat energy discharge and wastewater discharge, among other externalities. Friendly Materials

enunic uses reliable and environmentally friendly materials. The dyeing process improves the uniformity of dyes and can quickly react with fibers, so that small dye molecules can be quickly adsorbed and evenly attached to the base layer of fibers. The chemical bond between the dye and the fiber is very stable, so as to prevent dye detachment and fading, and achieve greater durability.

Quick Sampling

We place great importance on the quality and efficiency of color matching, developing the best and most suitable products to meet customers’ requirements in the shortest possible time. In contrast to traditional color matching, with enunic, samples can be A4 size, and can be quickly provided to customers for reference, increasing color accuracy in production. The laboratory color matching simulates the production equipment, to improve the reproducibility of the finished product with more than 95% color accuracy.

Shorten the Process

The biggest feature of enunic is the use of “one machine with multiple functions.” Dyeing, drying and finishing can be done in one go. There is no need to use the traditional arrangement of separate machines for drying and finishing, enabling a faster and less labor intensive process. During dyeing and finishing, we add formulas to greatly shorten the process and reduce waste. This also helps avoid color changes during later stages of production, improving color accuracy.

Limitless Color

enunic requires just one pass, speeding up the dyeing process. The affinity between fiber and dye allows color molecules to be directly adsorbed to the base layer of the material. In this way, the color is quickly transferred and attached to the material, so the fiber has superior color development, does not fade, and has brilliant color from the inside out. It not only breaks through limitations of fluorescent color in cotton dyeing, but also the color limitations of various materials, making more than 98% of colors possible.

Being anhydrous, enunic completely prevents water pollution. The unique process does not require a high-pressure production environment, thereby enhancing the safety of employees.
